With a bottle selection just shy of 250 as well as 25 wines by the glass Kuleto’s Wine Program continues to be a very successful one. Our list is concept-driven, featuring only domestic and Italian wines. These wines pair nicely alongside our Northern-Italian cuisine featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients. We offer value driven wines for the novice wine drinker along with the more boutique wines sought out by many wine connoisseurs. Valdicava’s 2000 Brunello di Montalcino is one of my favorite wines and producers featured on our list. It is almost pitch-black in color and is earthy with the intensity of dark coffee but turns and finishes with a delicate sweetness of molasses and black cherry. Pair this wine with our Liberty Farms Duck Breast with grappa roasted peach, creamy white polenta and Mache lettuce for a true Kuleto’s dining experience you will not soon forget!
